Andrew Inglis Clark Library – Hobart

  • Member access without appointments. Restricted to 5 practitioners at any one time. No after hours access. Meeting room is unavailable.
  • Public access – by appointment for legal research purposes only (The library is not available to members of the public as a study space). Please phone 6165 7412 or email library@justice.tas.gov.au to book an appointment time.

Note: All hard surfaces (tables, computers, photocopier etc) will be appropriately sanitised after each member, and books will be placed on a quarantine shelf for a nominated period of time. Hand sanitiser, wipes and gloves will be available for members to use.

Launceston Library 

The Launceston library and meeting rooms on the ground floor only, are now open to members subject to access conditions which are displayed upon entry. Please note, maximum of two people in meeting rooms on the ground floor and bookings are preferred. Maximum of five people in library at any one time. For the safety of staff and members, social distancing and hygiene measures must be adhered to at all times. First floor rooms remain unavailable until further notice.

North West Library 

The library is now open to members subject to access conditions displayed upon entry. Please note there should be no more than two members in the library at any one time. Members must take responsibility for their own safety by following hygiene measures, book quarantine guidelines and ensure the register has been completed, by signing in and out.
