Access to library services

Lawyers

The ILLS provides services to:

• Tasmanian legal practitioners who are members of the Law Society of Tasmania;
• Staff of the Department of Justice and Courts; and
• The judiciary.

Staff and officers of the Justice Department, the Supreme Court of Tasmania, and the Magistrates Court have access to all services.

Private practitioners have access to our collections and main services.  Charges are made for some services.
